Debbie has 20 years of experience in the financial services industry and has spent the last10 years with Eric. Her primary responsibilities are maintaining Eric’s calendar, servicing his clients and providing adminstrative support. When she isn't in the office, she enjoys travel, working with her church media department, and playing with her pups. She has done international mission trips to West Africa and Eastern Europe.

Austin began his career with Northwestern Mutual as a college intern in December, 2008. After success there, he moved into the role of a Financial Representative. His interests gravitating more on the offensive side of the financial planning, He is committed to providing the highest level of service and is primarily responsible for managing the investment side of the practice. In his spare time, he enjoys playing the drums and traveling with his wife Jessica.

Ann joined the McGough team in March, 2010. In her role as Office Manager she is the face of the Greenwood Village office. In addition, she handles the underwriting process for Eric's clients and the clients of our new Financial Representatives. In her spare time Ann enjoys spending time with her husband and 4 children.
